Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice based on a simple truth: when energy flows freely through the body, the body knows how to heal. When it doesn't — when life, trauma, stress, or unprocessed emotion creates blockage — we feel it. In our bodies, our moods, our capacity to be present.
A Reiki session works by gently restoring that flow. Through light touch or hovering hands, a practitioner channels universal life force energy into the areas where it has become stagnant or constricted — inviting the nervous system to soften, the body to release, and the whole person to come back into balance.
It is not something done to you. It is something that happens with you — an invitation for your body to remember what wholeness feels like.
In-person Sessions
You come in carrying the weight of your week — maybe your mind is loud, your body is braced, your nervous system still catching up to the pace of your life. Within minutes of lying down on the Biomat, something begins to shift. A gentle warmth moves through you. Your breath slows. The holding starts to let go.
This is where Reiki begins — not with technique, but with presence.
We'll open with a guided visualization to help you drop out of your head and land in your body — connecting to your heart, settling into the space, and setting an intention for what wants to move. From there, I invite the Reiki energy to lead. Rather than following a fixed protocol, I work intuitively, placing my hands wherever your body is calling for more flow — areas of tension, disconnection, or quiet pain that's been waiting for permission to release.
Beneath you, the Biomat is doing its own quiet work — using far infrared heat and negative ions to soften inflammation, ease the nervous system, and create a cellular environment where deep healing feels safe. Most people can feel the difference within the first few minutes.
Throughout the session I may bring in crystals, offer intuitive guidance, or draw from an oracle deck — whatever feels aligned with what's moving in the room. This is collaborative, responsive work. You are never passive in your own healing.
By the time you leave, you will feel it — not just relaxed, but reorganized. Lighter. More like yourself. Carrying something open back into your life that wasn't there when you walked in.
Reiki is especially supportive if you're navigating stress, anxiety, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of being disconnected from your own body. It treats the whole person — body, mind, emotion, and spirit — and the effects continue to unfold for days after the session.

Online Sessions
Reiki has no boundaries. It doesn't need proximity to reach you — and there is something uniquely powerful about receiving this work in the space where you actually live your life.
Before we begin, I'll invite you to prepare your space however feels right — a blanket, dim light, maybe a candle. You'll lie down in your own home, in your own bed, in the environment your nervous system already trusts. That familiarity isn't a compromise. It's an advantage.
We'll open together with a guided visualization to help you arrive — out of your mind, into your body, connected to your heart. Then I send the Reiki. Working intuitively across distance, I follow the same thread I would in person: tracking where the energy wants to move, where there is restriction, where something is ready to open. Many clients are surprised by how tangibly they feel it — warmth, tingling, a sudden wave of emotion, or simply a settling they haven't felt in a long time.
Distance is not a lesser version of this work. It is simply a different door into the same healing.
By the end of the session you will feel the shift — quieter, clearer, more at home in yourself. No commute. No transition. Just you, exactly where you are, met exactly where you need to be.
